Airport Arrivals in OKC...

Our friends from abroad start arriving over the next few days including the defending World Cup Champions, Japan.  They were met with a ravid cheering section of Japanese supporters looking to help their comrads to back-to-back titles.

The Great Britian delegation arrives today, Team China, Canada and Australia make their way into Oklahoma City while Team USA doesn't arrive until Tuesday evening.

The crew from ESPN start making their way into OKC on Tuesday and Wednesday including two-time Olympic Gold Medalist Michele Smith who has been hired by the ASA for color commentry along side Eric Collins for play-by-play.

In addition to all of the players, TV personnel and fans making their way to the softball captial of the world this week, sponsor activation will be at a premium.  Rumor has it that Tony the Tiger will be making an appearance which should bring quite a cheer from OKC fans.
